GOG’s Halloween 2017 Sale Kicks Off Today

GOG, Halloween 2017 Sale

GOG Halloween Sale

The popular online storefront for PC, GOG, is kicking off its Halloween Sale today. This sale will feature 200+ deals on various games starting today and going until November 2. Select deals will go all the way up to 90 percent off so make sure you check out all the games being offered during this sale.

To help encourage some spending, anyone who spends $15 or more during this sale will get a free copy of Tales from the Borderlands for free. This is one of Telltale’s finest works so you won’t want to miss out on this one if you’re already spending on dropping some cash during this sale. You don’t have to spend the $15 all at once but you can instead spread it out over the course of the sale.

GOG Connect is returning too and with it will be the ability to add several horror games to your GOG library from your Steam library. Some of these games include Hand of Fate, SOMA and Layers of Fear. GOG Connect will allow you to link your Steam purchases and turn those games in DRM-free games, meaning you can play them without an internet connection.

With the sale being live, get to checking out what games you’ll be picking up. Some notable sales include the following:

  • Darkest Dungeon (60 percent off)
  • The Vanishing of Ethan Carter (80 percent off)
  • Hotline Miami (80 percent off)
  • Quake and DOOM classics (66 percent off)

Every Halloween bundle is a “completion bundle” which means you’ll get even better discounts if you grab all the games in the bundle. Don’t worry if you already own some of the games included in the bundle as those will count towards your completion. All you need to do is purchase the games you don’t have to finish the bundle.

The 2017 Halloween Sale will last until November 2, 10 p.m. UTC / 3 p.m. PDT / 6 p.m. EDT. Are you picking up anything spooky?
