South Park The Fractured But Whole

South Park: The Fractured But Whole has officially released allowing players to create all sorts of havoc around this sleepy mountain town. While you can walk and explore every nook and cranny, sometimes you’ll want to just warp to an area. Thankfully, South Park The Fractured But Whole has implemented a fast travel system that allows users to warp to specific locations. In order to actually fast travel, you will need to first unlock the fast travel ability from Jimmy by progressing through the main story. After the first few herp missions are complete, players will unlock their first fast travel flag.

These polls are yellow and red with a cardboard lighting bolt tapped to the front. To activate one simply walk up to it and interact, which will cause this area to become a new fast travel location. You have to actually interact with these polls to create a warp point and they will only be useable once this is completed.  There are several warp points scattered around the map such as the Church, School, Cartman’s House, and the Main Street.

To actually fast travel just approach the warp point and press the interact button to call Jimmy to you. He will then bring up a map and you can then highlight what other area you want him to carry you to. Once you select the location Jimmy will transport you there free of charge and without any hassle. This is an excellent way to move around the town quickly, especially if you need to purchase supplies before a tough fight.

However, we do recommend walking around the town when you have the ability to because there are a lot of items you’ll miss out on. South Park The Fractured But Whole is absolutely filled with easter eggs, consumables, special outfits, artifacts, and other resources that you can obtain. Constantly warping by it all will heavily impact how difficult some of the later fights will be. Only use fast travel when you really need to, otherwise just take the five or so minutes to explore.
