6. Make Up For Your Cheat Food in the Gym.
If you eat an unhealthy meal, make up for it the next day in the gym. For example, if I ate my favorite cheat food (pizza with ranch dressing) when I wasn’t planning on it, I would do an hour of extra cardio the next day to burn it off. If I don’t have time or motivation to do the cardio, I won’t eat the cheat food.
