Sweet Beet Detox Juice Recipe

Under 200 Calories
1 medium uncooked beet, chopped (leave skin on)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup water
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
10 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Thin with additional water or thicken with more ice, if desired. This recipes makes multiple servings; drink only one at this time.
