2. Shaun T Created the Insanity Workout

BeachBody was looking to expand with a more intense workout, and Shaun T responded with a workout designed around max-interval training. This rigorous workout was later dubbed Insanity and marketed as the ‘hardest workout to ever be put on DVD’ because of its intensity and difficulty. Even in this era of quick, easy, and instant gratification, Insanity was, and is, a huge commercial success.

4. Shaun T is a Choreographer and Dancer

  1. If you’re already in shape, his workout is for you, otherwise it could kill an out of shape person. Look at the pictures. None of those people have weight problems. Looks like the bar is set really low these days for certain kinds of success. And women with hard abs looks like men, not something I’m looking for in a woman-hardness.

    To me, this article is giving a face to the douchebag that puts undo pressure on men and women.

  2. hi, I want to start Shaun t’s T25. The 25 minute out 5days a week. However didn’t know wether it covered abs in the T25 so should I be getting the hip hop abs work out also. A little confused as to which one to get or do I get both. Help!!!
