Middleweights set for July 11 card on Fuel

A middleweight fight has been booked for the UFC’s next event on Fuel TV.

Rafael Natal and Andrew Craig have agreed to a meet on the summer card. Natal recently announced the matchup on his Twitter account. The two will meet at UFC on Fuel TV 4, which is scheduled for July 11 and will take place at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif. – though the venue has not officially been announced by the UFC.

UFC on Fuel TV 4 is expected to be headlined by a middleweight contenders bout between Mark Munoz and Chris Weidman. James Te Huna and Brandon Vera also are expected to fight on the card.

Natal (14-3-1, 2-1-1 UFC) has put together a two-fight winning streak after starting his UFC career with a loss and a draw. The Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt, who trains under Renzo Gracie in New York, has picked up back-to-back unanimous decision wins over Paul Bradley at UFC 133 and Michael Kuiper at UFC 143 in February.

Craig (7-0, 1-0 UFC) remained unbeaten and picked up a win in his UFC debut in March, a unanimous decision victory over Kyle Noke in Noke’s home country of Australia at UFC 127. The Texas native signed with the UFC after winning the middleweight title for Legacy Fighting Championships.
