Stephan Bonnar took on a pretty big task when he agreed to face Anderson Silva at UFC 153 on October 13, and “The Ultimate Fighter” veteran sat down with his old pal Forrest Griffin to get some advice.
Griffin, who was devastated by Silva back at UFC 101, probably isn’t the best brain to pick before facing the pound-for-pound king, but something tells us Bonnar knows that.
