“UFC on FX 5” weigh-in results
“UFC on FX 5” is set for tomorrow evening in Minnesota, and today the fighters competing hit the scale for the official weigh-ins.
Unfortunately, the event was not without controversy, as Bart Palaszewski came in one pound overweight. He has an hour to lose the pound.
But that was not the only downer from today.
The lightweight contest between Thiago Tavares and Dennis Hallman has been canceled after Hallman allegedly was quite a bit overweight. Tavares went to Twitter to make the announcement.
The official UFC Twitter page revealed moments later that Hallman was indeed way off the lightweight mark.
