Frankie Edgar vs. Gray Maynard
The UFC’s event preview show returns on Dec. 29 when “Countdown to UFC 125” debuts on Spike TV.
It airs at 11:30 p.m. ET, with replays set for Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.
The show will highlight the headlining bout between Frankie Edgar and Gray Maynard and the co-headlining bout between Chris Leben and Brian Stann.
The bout between Edgar and Maynard will be their second. Maynard won the first meeting at UFC Fight Night 13 back in 2008, but Edgar went on to win the UFC title after suffering the loss. Maynard has reeled off five straight victories since beating Edgar.
