Two fights from UFC on Versus 3 will stream live on Facebook.
“The Social Network” may not have picked up the Oscar for best picture, but Facebook wins our award for best social networking outlet to watch free UFC fights.
A pair of UFC on Versus 3 preliminary fights will stream live on the UFC’s Facebook page on Thursday. All you have to do is “like” their page to access the fights.
Lightweights Joe Stevenson and Danny Castillo will kick off the free stream at 8 p.m. ET, and a light heavyweight match up between former WEC champion Steve Cantwell and Cyrille Diabate will follow.
“Thursday is a great night for UFC fans, as we’ll have free fights on Facebook and VERSUS,” UFC President Dana White said. “There are some really good matchups on this card and as always, we’re excited to give UFC fans the chance to catch them for free.”
UFC on Versus 3 takes place at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky on March 3. The main card airs live on Versus at 9 p.m. ET headlined by welterweights Diego Sanchez and Martin Kampmann.
