Injuries to UFC lightweight champion Frankie Edgar and Gray Maynard have forced the cancellation of their planned UFC 130 main event.
HeavyMMA.com confirmed the story with sources close to the promotion. MMAFighting.com first reported the story on Monday afternoon.
Edgar suffered broken ribs while training, while a knee injury felled Maynard.
The light heavyweight bout between Rampage Jackson and Matt Hamill will be the new main event.
