“UFC on FOX 4” Fight Night bonuses handed out to Lauzon, Varner, and Swick
“UFC on FOX 4” is in the books, and three fighters walked away with a little extra cash for their impressive performances.
The event took place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles last Saturday, and lightweights Jamie Varner and Joe Lauzon walked away with the evening’s “Fight of the Night” honors worth $50,000.
Meanwhile, “Knockout of the Night” was handed out to Mike Swick for his devastating knockout victory over DaMarques Johnson, while Lauzon also took home the fight night bonus of “Submission of the Night.”
Lauzon now holds the record for most Fight Night bonuses with 11 total.
“UFC on FOX 4” featured a main event between Brandon Vera and Mauricio “Shogun” Ru, as well as a co-main event between Lyoto Machida and Ryan Bader.
