UFC 152 weigh-ins sscheduled for Sept. 21
The weigh-ins for UFC 152 are set for September 21 in Toronto.
The fighters will hit the scale at the Air Canada Centre at 4 p.m. ET on that day, just over 24 hours prior to the highly-anticipated event.
The card features a light heavyweight title fight between champion Jon Jones and top contender Vitor Belfort.
Jones was supposed to headline UFC 151 last weekend, but an injury to Dan Henderson forced the cancelation of that fight. However, when Chael Sonnen stepped in to replace the former PRIDE champ, Jones turned down the fight.
That resulted, ultimately, in the promotion calling off the event, the first occasion Dana White and co. ever had to do such a thing.
After the debacle, Jones was moved to the headlining slot of the September 22 pay-per-view event. The light heavyweight title fight forced a flyweight title fight between Joseph Benavidez and Demetrious Johnson into the co-main event slot.
