Video game giant Electronic Arts announced yesterday that they’ll be streaming the Joe Riggs vs. Jay Hieron bout currently scheduled for the preliminary card at “Strikeforce: Miami” on Saturday night.
EA Sports is the developer and publisher of the forthcoming “EA Sports: MMA” game, which is expected to hit stores later in 2010. The game features Strikeforce as the spotlight promoting in the game and many current Strikeforce fighters are included in the game.
The live stream of the Hieron/Riggs bout will begin at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on the official EA Sports MMA website. The official Showtime broadcast, which features the Strikeforce debuts of both Bobby Lashley and Herschel Walker, will begin at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT.
