Ortiz And Coleman Exchange Words About Fighting And Smut

“Colman, colman, colman to bad he sissies out!!!! Who’s NEXT?” Tito Ortiz via Twitter.

It was supposed to be the semi-main event at UFC 106, a triumphant return for Tito Ortiz against UFC Hall of Famer Mark Coleman. Yesterday, we learned that Coleman was out, victim of a “slightly torn” MCL in his knee. We didn’t learn that from a press release, or an official statement, or even from Coleman. We learned it from Tito Ortiz, in a Twitter post featuring four consecutive misspelled words!

It wasn’t the misspelling of Coleman’s family name that really got him riled up though. In a world where Chuck Liddell is on Dancing with the Stars, Coleman was mostly mad about being called a sissy. How mad? Let his manager’s bitter comeback be your guide.

Michael DiSabato told Fighters Only magazine that calling Coleman a sissy was out of line. Then he escalated the war of words.

“The only thing Coleman is afraid of when it comes to Tito is contracting swine flu from that dirty ass d-bag. We all know where he lays his head down at night. Tito wants to get personal with a legend? OK, let’s get personal – we can all go to our porn collections and watch what Tito sleeps with night after night.”

OK, now those are fighting words! While it is true that Ortiz’s wife Jenna Jameson was a famous porn actress, many of her scenes were girl-on-girl action and thus unlikely to result in the spread of swine flu. Or so science tells us. Neither Tito or Coleman have said a word about this fiasco. Coleman let his manager do his talking, while Tito is letting his woman do his.

“I chuckle at the fact that Tito’s opponents are so desperate, that they need to say terrible things about me,” Jameson said. “Go ice your knee, Mark. Its a sad day in MMA when a fighter and his “manager” attacks a new mommy in order to get attention – wish him luck with rehab.”

This fight was already eagerly anticipated. Leave it to Tito Ortiz to make it the most talked about fight in MMA. Prediction for the next two Ultimate Fighter coaches: Jenna Jameson and Michael DiSabato. Or maybe Tito Ortiz and Mark Coleman? Either way, look for sparks to fly when Coleman is ready to return in January.
