The UFC is targeting a middleweight bout between Michael Bisping and Dan Miller for UFC 114 in Las Vegas. MMA Junkie first reported the bout, and Heavy.com has confirmed the possibility of the bout with sources close to the UFC.
The fight will likely be on the main card of the May 29 show, which is expected to be headlined by the long-awaited grudge match between Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Rashad Evans. The card also features a light heavyweight bout between Antonio Rogerio Nogueira and Forrest Griffin.
Bisping is 1-2 in his last three UFC fights, suffering losses to Dan Henderson and Wanderlei Silva paired with a victory over Denis Kang. Miller has lost two consecutive bouts to Demian Maia and Chael Sonnen.
