Former welterweight star Parisyan returns to the UFC
Karo Parisyan has verbally agreed to face Dennis Hallman at UFC 123 in November.
Parisyan, who was fired from the organization after pulling out of a fight with Dustin Hazelett at UFC 106, confirmed the news with MMAFighting.com on Thursday afternoon. Parisyan also said that he agreed to a three-fight contract with the promotion.
Both fighters have verbally agreed to the bout and have been issued bout agreements.
UFC 123 is scheduled for November 20 in Auburn Hills, Mich. The event is headlined by a light heavyweight bout between former champions Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Lyoto Machida.
