1.4 million viewers tune in for TUF 14: Episode 8

“The Ultimate Fighter 14″ episode eight drew 1.4 million viewers, hitting the second lowest mark for the season thus far.

MMAjunkie.com reported the news.

The latest installment, which aired Wednesday night on Spike TV earned a 1.37 household rating among the male demographic of 18-34, and the amount of viewers just barely edged out the 1.3 million that tuned into the season’s third episode.

Featuring the first fight of the semi-final round, featherweight Dennis Bermudez defeated Akira Corassani via submission. Coach Jason “Mayhem” Miller‘s squad is now 1-0 in the round, once again disappointing Michael Bisping and his team.

With the season coming down to the home stretch, we are weeks away from the season finale. The event takes place in Las Vegas on December 3 and features the featherweight and bantamweight finals, along with a main event between Miller and Bisping.
