Prepare For A Violent Harry Potter 7

In a difficult-to-hear interview at the Leeds Film Festival, Matthew Lewis (who plays Neville Longbottom in the film) admitted that the final chapter of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be much more violent than the previous six.

When asked how different the upcoming film is, Lewis said, “it’s not like the previous ones. The previous ones all had a formula. You go to school, bad things happen, he sorts it out, job’s good and that’s the ending. But in this year it’s all completely different. They’re  not in the school for a start and, literally, it’s such an epic battle. It’s like something from the Lord of the Rings… It’s bloody and it’s gory and it’s very real.”
