Heidi Klum: Don’t Take Pictures of My Tits When I’m In Private

Heidi Klum doesn’t mind if photographers take pictures of her tits — just don’t do it when she’s in the privacy of her own home.

According to TMZ, the supermodel, like most European women, really doesn’t have a problem with people seeing her topless. But if she’s at home or a private beach, then there’s a problem.

Apparently, paparazzi in France often stalk around looking for celebrities with their boobs out. Like with Kate Middleton, who is suing after a photographer standing half-mile away with a telephoto lens snapped nearly nude shots of her while she was on vacation, Klum also was photographed when she thought she was at her private beach.

Now, if it was a public beach, Klum would have been okay with the photos –just don’t invade her space, and she won’t be mad. She’s waiting to see what happens with the Middleton case, sources say, before she files her own lawsuit, but she is considering it.

Klum claims in this case, though, cameramen were literally hanging from trees, using long-range lenses and sending helicopters to fly over — which seems like a lot of trouble to get shots of a woman who’s been putting her tits on display for Victoria’s Secret for years, anyway.

And the supermodel is reportedly furious that the images from her private beach included her small children and were sent all over the world without her permission.
