Out of the over 20,000 pages of emails sent between General John Allen and Jill Kelley very very few have been deemed inappropriate. And even those barely cleared the bar of “suggestive.” One estimate put it at merely five emails that were inappropriate. The rest were completely routine.
There was no evidence of an affair.
