Anti-Gay Lawyer Busted for On-Camera Rape of Same-Sex Minor: FBI

It’s the height of hypocrisy.

A female lawyer from an anti-gay Christian group is accused of kidnapping a teen girl and forcing her to have sex — on camera.

Lisa Biron, 43, of Manchester, New Hampshire, allegedly committed the assault while out on bail for child porn charges.

According to the Concord Monitor, Biron is a member of the Alliance Defending Freedom — which aims to keep the door open for the spread of the Gospel by transforming the legal system and advocating for religious liberty, the sanctity of life, and marriage and family.

The anti-gay group has an entire section on its website devoted to fighting marriage equality and calls a federal judge’s decision against California’s Prop. 8 a dangerous decision that could ultimately threaten your religious freedom and democratic process:

Alliance Defending Freedom will continue the ongoing battle to preserve marriage as the union of one man and one woman nationwide. By God’s grace, and with your prayers and financial support, we can – and will – win! (John 15:5)

But while Biron was crusading to invade other people’s bedrooms, the alleged sicko had some twisted stuff going down in her own sex life.

The Advocate reports Biron was arrested Friday:

43-year-old Biron was arrested by the FBI in a Manchester courtroom while awaiting a hearing on district-level charges of possessing pornographic material on her computer. A few hours later she was taken into a court in Concord, New Hampshire, accused of taking the teenage girl to Canada, making her engage in sexual activity and convincing her to let it be filmed. Biron … was initially arrested after a man walked into the Manchester Police Department claiming he had seen pornography on her computer.

Lisa Biron Accused of Kidnapping and Child Pornography

Biron was arraigned of federal charges of intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, possession of child pornography and five counts of sexual exploitation of children.

Her lawyers argued she has no prior criminal record and should be set free on bail until her court date — never mind that she violated the rules of bail the last time.

A judge made the no-brainer choice to keep Biron behind bars, according to Concord Monitor:

Judge Landya McCafferty decided to detain Biron yesterday, largely, she said, because she is believed to have broken most of the bail conditions imposed on the district-level pornography charges. A judge there ordered Biron last month to use her computer only for work, not possess weapons and have no contact with the teenage girl in the five videos and two pictures found on her computer.

The prosecution also entered these arguments against her release, according to the Monitor:

∎ Two witnesses have testified to seeing Biron in possession of ecstasy, marijuana and cocaine.

∎ Biron sent a threatening text message to the person who turned her in to the police, advising him he would have to watch his back “FOR EVER.”

∎ Biron sent a text to a friend saying she might flee to Cuba because she had “nothing left.”

∎ Biron has asked people to lie to law enforcement about her case.

∎ Other juveniles have been subjected to Biron’s sexual activity and drug use.

If convicted Lisa Biron faces life in prison.

She’s already been convicted in the court of public opinion — at least on Facebook. A recently launched Facebook page is filled with nasty messages for the alleged sex criminal, with one commenter posting “hahahaha burn bitch.”
