Yet another example of Florida being a lawless hellhole. Two men were arrested in Florida for beating up a mentally challenged homeless man when police were informed that a video of the attack had been posted on Facebook.

In the video, 26-year-old Nicholas Marr is seen punching a 33-year-old homeless man. Police say that he and 30-year-old William Gregory promised the victim $20 if Marr could slap him. But Marr punched him instead and left him unconscious, as reported by News4Jax.

The video was posted to Gregory’s Facebook page, and someone reported it to authorities. Deputy Jean Rosalia contacted The Source, an organization that works to help the homeless, to identify the victim, and had him evaluated by a psychologist. The victim was diagnosed with low-intellectual functioning, and thus meeting the requirements to be classified as disabled.

Gregory was arrested on December 6 and Marr was arrested on December 7, both for aggravated abuse of a disabled adult, a third degree felony, along with additional battery charges. They have both been released on bond and await their court date.
