UPDATE: NYC Cops Have Subway-Push Slay Suspect in Custody

The unnamed man suspected of shoving Ki-Suk Han into the path of a subway train on Monday, killing him, is in the custody of New York police.

Cops earlier released photos of the suspect and a video of him arguing with the 58-year-old victim before the incident. Han died when he was struck by a southbound Q train around 12:30 p.m. at the 49th Street N, Q, R Station.

NBC4 reports that co-workers of the suspect at the deli where he works recognized his voice from the video and tipped off police.

AP reports the cops obtained security video of the suspect “working with street vendors near Rockefeller Center.”
