Zero Dark Thirty - Los Angeles Premiere

James Gandolfini, the actor who portrayed the anxiety-ridden mobster,  Tony Soprano on HBO’s mafia drama, has tragically passed away after suffering a heart attack at the age of 51. According to Newsbreaker, it appears that an Atlanta man who was touristing through Rome at the same time as Gandolfini, may have taken the last photo of the New Jersey actor before his untimely death.

Gandolfini’s portrayal of the conflicted yet vulnerable mobster in “The Sopranos” won him the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series and Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series three times.
