Egypt’s week of civil unrest reached a boiling point earlier today, when the military-imposed 48 hour deadline for President Morsi to step down came and went. After the deadline passed at 10:30 EST, tanks and soliders started rolling through the country as the administration called it a “military coup,” though the term has been denied by the opposition.
