WATCH: ‘Kick Ass 2′ Stuntmen Save Suicidal Woman Near Comic-Con

While Kick Ass 2 star Jim Carrey is not exactly happy about his role in Kick Ass 2, it turns out that violence is not always so bad.

In fact, it saved the life of an anonymous woman at San Diego Comic Con, who was rescued from by Kick Ass 2 stuntment Gregg Sergeant, Scott Schecter and Amos Carver from a suicide attempt. The individual attempted to jump from the 14th-floor balcony of a nearby apartment complex, who scaled a fence and alerted a security guard to successfully rescue the woman.

“I was just so thankful we got there when we got there. I think if we’d been there two seconds later, she would’ve been gone,” said stuntman Gregg Sergeant, speaking to ABC news.
