Andrew Jarzyk has been missing from his home in Hoboken, New Jersey, since 1 a.m. on March, reports NJ.com. His friends last saw him at the West Five Supper Club in Hoboken at around 1 a.m. when he told them he’d be right back. About an hour later Jarzyk was seen by some neighbors outside his home in his running gear. That was the last anybody saw of Jarzyk.

1. The Search For Jarzyk Has Moved to the Hudson River

On April 2, marine units were searching the Hudson River. CCTV from Sunday morning appeared to capture footage of Jarzyk running along the waterfront. Police do not suspect foul play, Sgt. Anthony Falco of the Hoboken police said that searching the river is a standard part of the investigation. Authorities have no evidence to suggest that Jarzyk may have gone into the river.
2. His Disappearance is ‘Out-of-Character’
Since Monday March 31, Jarzyk’s family and friends have instigated a massive grassroots search for him. Some could be seen around the Pier A Park in Hoboken handing out fliers to passers-by. His sister in-law, Karyn Jarzyk, told CBS New York:
We’re talking about a responsible young man who loves his family, would not put his life in jeopardy, and would not leave everybody wondering where he is.

His brother Stephen added:
It’s extremely difficult for the family as a whole; his friends — we all care about him equally, so it’s difficult.
Others who know him, say that Jarzyk is a fun loving guy willing to help anyone and that his disappearance is totally out of the ordinary.
3. Jarzyk is a Jersey Native
According to his Facebook page, Jarzyk is a native of Trenton, New Jersey. He is a graduated from Steinert High School in Hamilton, as well as Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania. Jarzyk has a degree in economics.

Jarzyk works at PNC Financial Services Group as a relationship manager in Woodland Park since December 2012. Prior to that, he was a corporate bank senior associate with PNC.
5. Jarzyk Was Last Seen Wearing Running Gear
He was last seen wearing a black Under Armour cap, a neon green T-shirt over a black Spandex long-sleeve shirt, black Spandex pants, black snow gloves, and earbuds around his neck. He stands just over 6-feet-1 and weighs around 160 pounds. Jarzyk has a tattoo around his rib area reading, “SJLJBJ.” This in addition to a scar on his left cheek and sizable scar on his shoulder.
