Huth claims that she and a friend were invited guests to Bill Cosby’s Los Angeles tennis club on a day back in 1974. According to court documents, Cosby met the girl’s on a movie set. He gave the girls beer as the three played billiards together inside the private club. Eventually he said he was taking the girl’s somewhere and that the destination was a “surprise.” The “surprise” turned out to be the Playboy Mansion. They all went to a bedroom in the mansion, at which point Huth went to use the bathroom. When she returned, Cosby was in a bed, says the suit. She sat on the bed and he “proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.”

Due to the statute of limitations in the state of California, Huth could only have pursued criminal charges if the attack had happened in 1988 at the latest. In her case, Huth, a native of Riverside County, California, says she suffered from “psychological injuries and illnesses” in the aftermath of Cosby’s alleged attack. The lawsuit reads:

This traumatic incident, at such a tender age, has caused psychological damage and mental anguish for the plaintiff that has caused her significant problems throughout her life.

3. Huth Lied About Her Age at the Playboy Mansion

According to documents, Cosby had told Huth, then 15, and her friend, who was 16, to lie about their ages if asked at the Playboy Mansion. The two girls told staff that they were 19. In return, Huth and her friend were “served with multiple alcoholic beverages.”

4. Huth’s Account Is Eerily Similar to the Stories Told By Cosby’s Other Alleged Victims

The amount of compensation being sought by Huth is unknown. In 2005, it was reported that Andrea Constand accused Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting her. The claim was settled out of court. During that lawsuit, Constand’s lawyers said she had over a dozen women ready to testify that Cosby had similarly abused them.

Neither Cosby, nor his attorney, have responded to this specific claim, but previous allegations were referred to as “unsubstantiated, fantastical stories” by his lawyers.
