A 49-year-old bikini-clad grandma was arrested on DUI charges after she crashed her BMW into another car in southwest Florida while driving her 10-year-old grandson home from a pool party.
WINK News, a local TV station, filmed Patricia Ebel as she failed a sobriety check on the side of the road after the crash on April 17. Ebel was arrested on multiple charges, including driving under the influence, DUI with damage to another vehicle and DUI with a blood-alcohol content of .15 or higher with a person under 18 in her car.

Ebel, of Naples, Florida, was released from custody after posting $3,000 bail, according to the sheriff’s office.
According to WINK, Ebel crashed her BMW into a Ford Mustang that was stopped at an intersection. The driver of the Mustang was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. Ebel and her grandson weren’t injured, but her BMW was heavily damaged.
