What Makes Table 87’s Pizza Different & Their Bestselling Slices
Table 87 is the first coal oven pizza shop in Brooklyn that offers coal oven pizza sold by the slice. Coal oven pizza is different than wood or gas burning ovens is that our ovens burn at temperatures of 900 to 1100 degrees which flash cooks our pizza in minutes and gives that unique char that sets Table 87’s pizza apart from any other. Our best selling slices are our coal fired margherita slice cut from our 20″ pizza pie, and our mushroom white truffle oil slice is a house favorite.

Let me tell you being an entrepreneur in Broklyn my whole life I have found no cons, only pros such as dealing with consumers who know they are looking for a quality product, that to me is what separates the pros from the cons. I opened my first coal oven slice shop in 2012 located at 87 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn. With my boutique dining room and with limited seating, I called it Table 87. With rapid success 18 months later, I opened an outpost in Gowanus Brooklyn.

Where They’re Sold
We are now in over 400 supermarkets/gourmet markets in the New York tri-state area with the biggest being Whole Foods Market. We are currently in all Fairway Markets, Gristedes, Union Market, and Westside Market. They are all big selling retailers in New York City.
Not Being Nervous in the ‘Tank’
Was I nervous? Did I mention that I am born and raised in Brooklyn? We don’t get nervous; we get better. And keep in mind I was going there with good pizza. Need i say more?
