WATCH: Surveillance Video Shows Waco Biker Gang Shootout at Twin Peaks Restaurant

Dramatic video captured on surveillance cameras at the Twin Peaks Restaurant shows the deadly shootout involving biker gangs and police in Waco, Texas.

Nine people were killed in the May 2015 shooting. Police arrested 170 people in connection with the shooting, but as of early October, all the suspects had been released from jail and none have been officially charged as the investigation continues, the Dallas Morning News reports.

The video was obtained by CNN. There is a gag order in the case, and video, along with public documents, have not been released by officials. The Waco Police Department told KWTX-TV the video did not come from them.

The shootout involved two rival biker gangs, the Bandidos and the Cossacks, along with affiliated gangs. Police stormed what was a meeting of united biker clubs after a fight broke out, and gunfire soon followed.

The video shows bikers, other customers and waitresses at the restaurant scattering as the shooting begins. The video shows some bikers with guns drawn.
