The above video shows a short clip of a holiday party at Inland Regional Center, just a day before the mass shooting happened. It’s heart-wrenching to know how happy everyone was, just a day before gunmen stormed into the center and began shooting. Inland Regional Center is a non-profit, community agency that serves more than 31,000 people with developmental disabilities. (You can read more about the center here.)
Reports say that the shooting may have taken place during a private event in the center’s conference room, which was rented out by county health officials.
