After the excitement of Churchill Downs, the top horses move on to Baltimore for the 2016 Preakness Stakes. The race has a slated start time of 6:45 p.m. Eastern on NBC. Nyquist will look to continue his hot streak and attempt to win the second leg of the Triple Crown.

Race Preview: Nyquist will look to continue his win streak at the Preakness. The race marks the second leg of the Triple Crown. If Nyquist wins, he will have an opportunity to follow in American Pharoah’s footsteps at the Belmont and make back-to-back Triple Crown winners.

Outside of Nyquist, Exaggerator has the best odds to win the Preakness. Exaggerator will look to finally break his losing streak against Nyquist.

Stradivari will get his first shot at challenging Nyquist. He has performed well in his previous races but brings a small resume to Baltimore.
