Robert ‘Rob’ Morrow is the Republican Party Chairman of Travis County, Texas, the county that includes the state capitol Austin. Morrow is a controversial conspiracy theorist whose March 1 victory during the Texas primary angered local Republicans so much that they stripped the position of its powers.

On Tuesday, Morrow will protest Donald Trump’s Austin ally, carrying a sign that reads, “Trump is a Child Rapist.” He will also be wearing his jester’s cap, as seen in the above photo he uses as his Twitter profile.

Here’s a look at Morrow’s career.

1. Morrow’s Sign Is in Reference to a Lawsuit Filed Against Trump by a Woman Who Claims He Raped Her When She Was 13

Morrow said in a statement that his “Trump is a Child Rapist” sign is in reference to lawsuit filed in April by Katie Johnson, who claimed that when she was 13, she was used as a “sex slave” by Trump and Jeffrey Epstein, a former banker and convicted sex offender. The suit was later dismissed, but filed again in June. The new lawsuit lists the accuser as “Jane Doe.”

When the first lawsuit was filed, Trump called the allegations “not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, perhaps, are simply politically motivated.”

“Donald Trump’s psychopathy has been on full display on the national political stage for over a year,” Morrow said in a statement on Monday. “I want folks to know that Trump is a child rapist and that he is currently being sued in a civil action in NY federal courts for raping, slapping [a] 13 year old girl at a Jeffrey Epstein party in 1994.”

2. He Once Asked Chelsea Clinton in Person if Webb Hubbell Was Her Real Father & If Bill Clinton Targets Young Girls

Morrow is a conspiracy theorist and once tried to get a direct answer out of Chelsea Clinton at a book signing. In the above video, Morrow asks her point-blank if lawyer Webb Hubbell was her real father, as opposed to Bill Clinton. He also asked her if her father

“I am so proud to be my parent’s daughter,” Chelsea told him.

Hubbell served as the Arkansas Supreme Court Chief Justice while Bill Clinton was Governor of Arkansas and was Associate Attorney General during Bill Clinton’s presidency until his resignation in 1994. Morrow has written that Hubbell is Chelsea Clinton’s real father.

“The fact that Chelsea is the biological daughter of Webb Hubbell – and she is – is one of the Clinton’s most shameful secrets,” Morrow wrote.

Morrow also co-wrote The Clintons’ War on Women with former Trump advisor Roger Stone.

3. He Claims to Have Over 300 Books About the JFK Assassination & Believes That LBJ Was Responsible for It

Morrow believes that Lyndon B. Johnson and Allen Dulles were behind the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy. He calls himself an expert on the assassination, which he considers a “Coup d’Etat” and has over 300 books related to the assassination.

He also believes in a long list of other conspiracies, including one that former Texas Governor Rick Perry is gay or bisexual. In a March 2016 interview with the Texas Tribune, Morrow called former Perry “an epic hypocrite” because he has been a “rampaging bisexual adulterer for many decades.”

Morrow also thinks that the Bush family should be in jail. He thinks that George H.W. Bush did have a role in Kennedy’s assassination and a pedophile.

He also insists that other politicians are bisexual or gay. Here’s a tweet he posted in March:

4. His Social Media Profiles are Filled With Sexually Explicit Messages & Photos

Morrow’s Twitter and Facebook pages are filled with content one normally does not see on a page linked to someone working for a major party. His pages include photos or drawings of big-breasted women. “I am feeling so boobylicious tonight,” he wrote in one message. When a Facebook user asked him why he was posting these photos, he responded, ” I am running for president 2016 and I am promoting boobyliciousness.”

He also curses frequently and used the n-word to describe himself.

Morrow has told The Austin American-Statesman that he is running for president as a write-in candidate. “My VP candidate will be my handyman,” he said.

5. The Travis County Republican Party Tried to Limit His Powers & Morrow’s Response Was ‘Tell Them They Can Go F**k Themselves’

After Morrow was elected, the Travis County Republican Party did its best to limit the powers of the chairman. Vice Chair Matt Mackowiak told the Texas Tribune that they would “explore every single option that exists, whether it be persuading him to resign, trying to force him to resign, constraining his power, removing his ability to spend money or resisting any attempt for him to access data or our social media account.” Mackowiak even said he was treating Morrow’s election “as a coup and as a hostile takeover.”

“Tell them they can go f**k themselves,” Morrow then told the Tribune.

In June, the party did adopt the proposed changes. On June 28, he hosted his first meeting, coming in wearing his jester’s hat, reports the Austin American-Statesman.

In his speech, he said:

I am for the continued functioning of the Travis County Republican Party pretty much as the way it has been. I do see my personal role as a little bit different. I am a political truth-teller. So in my brief little speech tonight, I’m going to share with you a little bit of my research. Some truth is laying on the table that’s unmentionable at times in the media, unmentionable in academia, unmentionable in the Republican Party and the Democratic Party because both institutions have an incentive to cover for people who murder people, rape people, molest children, run drugs.
