Donald Trump is looking to save his campaign after The Washington Post released Access Hollywood footage of Trump making disparaging comments about women to host Billy Bush. In a poll conducted by NBC News/Wall Street Journal after the release of the tape, Hillary Clinton’s lead on Trump has reached double-digits.

Clinton leads Trump by 14 percentage points in one of the first major polls conducted after the release of the tape. Trump is hoping the second debate can help stop the bleeding, but his performance is receiving mixed reviews.

When asked about the comments, Trump continued to refer to it as “locker room talk” before attempting to change the conversation to ISIS. Later in the debate, he successfully landed blows to Clinton about her email scandal, but may have taken the attacks too far by threatening to have her imprisoned if he was elected president.

While the Trump campaign hopes the polling numbers released later this week are more favorable, the early results are not good for Trump. The FiveThirtyEight polls-plus prediction model has moved Trump’s chances of winning in November down to 20.2 percentage points. Prior to the initial debate, he had made up considerable ground on Clinton.

Here’s a look at the latest presidential polls.

After years of investigation on the emails of Hillary Clinton and Benghazi, nobody has found anything criminal, not congress, not the FBI . Trump needs to move on and show his tax return and stop his trash talk to women.

Yea, when Obammy just waves his majik vodoo wand and whitewashes everything, of course nothing is “found”. The entire investigation is a sham! It reeks of corruption, dont you get it? The Sos, AG, Comey..They all are in conspiratorial collaboration on this. Our federal government is virtually morally and ethically bankrupt. Obama has done more damage in 8 years than the last 3 presidents combined. The USA is in rapid decline because of his apologetic, weak ways. China, Russia and Iran are collaborating as we sit here distracted with BS crap about Trump’s alleged bigotry and scandals. WAKE UP AMERICANS! The rest of the world is LAUGHING at our foolishness and folly! Meanwhile, Russia is moving its Nukes to the border of Europe and Baltics, China has built new Islands half-way to the Phillipines. The Philippines new president Duterte has totally dissed Obama. We will probably be in a hot war with Russia within the next 6 months! The Entire Democratic Party is one Corrupt Organization!!! Anyone who votes for Hillary does not really love this country!! Clinton is a Globalist Charlatan that doesnt give 2 shytes about average american families!

this was kind of expected; it was to be only a matter of degree. still, i feel sadden, disappointment, tired and worn out… like no matter what, it was all pointless and for nothing (vlr) so i think it’s time to call it quits for this election cycle for myself. hence all i’ve left to do is wish you the best this world has to offer and i could not had..;(
