In a new photo report purportedly released by the Islamic State, ISIS militants in "Wilayat Dijlah," south of Mosul, show their attack on a BMP vehicle of the Iraqi Army and the soldiers inside. The photo report was released on ISIS terrorist channels on October 22. A description accompanying the photo report reads: "The Destruction of a BMP Vehicle of the Rafidi Army and it's Militia and the Killing of Those Who were Inside It, Near #Shora Junction." Wilayat Dijlah, meaning "State of the Tigris River," contains the Iraqi cities of: "Al-Shirqat, Al-Qayyarah, Tel Reem, Mt. Makhoul, Al-Zab, Tulul al-Baj, Azawiyyah, Sadiyrah, Al-Mujmu'at, Halabiya Village, [and] Makhmur." For reference, Al-Shirqat is about 75 miles south of Mosul.
