In a new photo report purportedly released by the Islamic State, an ISIS militant conducts a "martyrdom" operation, or suicide bombing, in "Wilayat Dijlah," south of Mosul, Iraq. The photo report was released on ISIS terrorist channels on October 22. A summary released with the photo report reads: "Photos of the Martyrdom Operation which Hit a #Rafidi Army Gathering near the #Shora Crossroads." Wilayat Dijlah, meaning "State of the Tigris River," contains the Iraqi cities of: "Al-Shirqat, Al-Qayyarah, Tel Reem, Mt. Makhoul, Al-Zab, Tulul al-Baj, Azawiyyah, Sadiyrah, Al-Mujmu'at, Halabiya Village, [and] Makhmur." For reference, Al-Shirqat is about 75 miles south of Mosul.
