Those opposed to Donald Trump have taken issue with his appointment of Steve Bannon to the position of senior counselor. Bannon is known for being executive chairman of Breitbart News, a conservative website known for being a hub of the fringe "alt-right" movement. Opponents have also complained about the report that Trump is considering John Bolton, ambassador to the United Nations under George W. Bush and advocate for the Iraq war, for the role of secretary of state. (Getty)
