LIVE STREAM: Donald Trump Rally in Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will hold a rally in Eau Claire, Wisconsin this evening.

Trump will speak from the W.L. Zorn Arena beginning at 6:00 p.m. Central Time. The event can be viewed in the embedded YouTube player via Right Side Broadcasting.

Donald Trump has been visiting Wisconsin quite a bit in the weeks leading up to the election, recently holding rallies in Green Bay, Waukesha, and West Bend. That’s because outside of the battleground states like Florida and North Carolina, Trump needs to add one more state to his corner that’s currently leaning towards Hillary Clinton, otherwise he won’t be able to pass 270 electoral votes.

If Trump, for instance, won all the states he’s currently expected to win plus Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Iowa, Arizona and Nevada, that would put him at 265 electoral votes. If he can pick off Wisconsin, he adds 10 electoral votes to his column, and he becomes the next president of the United States.

But right now things aren’t looking great for Trump in Wisconsin. In Real Clear Politics’ polling average, Hillary Clinton leads Donald Trump by 5.7 percentage points, and there has never once been a major poll showing Trump in the lead or even tied with Clinton in Wisconsin.

The last time Wisconsin voted for a Republican candidate was in 1984, but the Trump campaign has been hoping to change up the map this year, also targeting traditionally blue states like Michigan. So far, there’s not much evidence that any of these blue states are beginning to turn red.

Following this Wisconsin rally, Donald Trump will hold four events in a row in Florida, a state he absolutely must win in order to be elected president.
