My dream of creating beautiful, yet practical products for moms around the world led to the birth of Milk Snob. After unsuccessfully searching for a well-fitting and stylish infant car seat cover that provides protection against the elements and allows proper air circulation, I designed and created my own. It is my passion to design fashionable, yet functional products for families around the world. I came up with Milk Snob as a name that represents all babies and also draws attention to the importance of breastfeeding to infant wellness. We changed the name of our cover, originally named Paparazzi, to Milk Snob to amplify our branding.

How the Team Formed

Milk Snob started as a home-based business and quickly outgrew the one-person operation. I elicited the help of my husband Gabe and sister-in-law Ann to help with business operations and customer service and brought on my first employee Taylor to help with order fulfillment. In the past year we have hired a team of amazing people who are as passionate about Milk Snob’s success as I am and have plans to add additional help to support our growth.

Entering the ‘Tank’

I love the show and found out there was an open casting scheduled in Dallas. My husband went with me and we had a great experience and got to interact with so many aspiring entrepreneurs while waiting in line outside of the American Airlines Center. The energy of the crowd was hopeful and optimistic. My pitch to the producers went well and I’m thankful for the opportunity to be a participant on Shark Tank.

Feedback From Parents

The positive feedback from parents all over the world has been overwhelming. They are thankful that we created a new baby essential that they can’t imagine living without.
