GoodHangups, magnetized stickers to hang artwork, entered the Shark Tank in Season 8 and landed a deal with Lori. As her episode re-airs on December 16, we interviewed owner Leslie Pierson to see how the company is faring since.
When asked about her growth after the show, she said, “It’s been great. We have been able to get a ton of new customers and retailers as well as start the process of redesigning our packaging and preparing to go after larger customers.”

Why She Chose Lori & Her Involvement So Far
Lori is not only the Queen of QVC but she’s the Queen of Retail and my product is a retail product. If you have a mass retail product, Lori is the Shark you want to work with! She has the most amazing drive and energy and she’s a joy to work with. I am 100 percent sure I made the right choice. She’s been so great. We’ve been working on redesigning our packaging, which was a topic on the episode and she’s been on calls with major retailers. She is super hands-on and has so much great feedback. We’ve been on QVC with Lori once and we sold out of everything. She really does have the magic touch!
Advice for Future ‘Tank’ Contestants

Be prepared and know your numbers inside and out. Once you have that down, just be yourself as you are trying to find someone you are a good fit to work with and if you act differently that you are, you won’t come off as authentic.
Prepping for the Holidays
We are re-airing on December 16th, which is great and we are really hoping to get most orders out so they arrive in time for Christmas. But it’s hard to know what to expect, so we are doing everything we can and then tackling things as they come up. Not a bad way to close out 2016 for sure!
Plans for a ‘Good’ Future
We definitely want to grow the GoodHangups’ line of product but we have a ton to do just to get our current product line out into mass retail. It’s a ton of work but it’s so much easier with a Shark on your side!
