In a new photo report purportedly released by the Islamic State, ISIS photogs document the recent retaking of the ancient city of Palmyra by showing the corpses of the defeated Syrian Arab Army and their supporters. The photo report was released on ISIS terrorist channels on December 12. An accompanying summary of the report reads: "Aspects of Taking Control over the City of #Tadmur." Tadmur
is the modern city about a 1/3 of a mile away from the Palmyra ruins. Viewer discretion is advised.Heavy is an independent news organization.
