In a new photo report purportedly released by the Islamic State, ISIS militants are shown after their recent raid on Iraqi barracks on the outskirts of Dibs village, north of Baiji. The photo report was released on ISIS terrorist channels on January 3. An accompanying summary of the report reads: "Aspect of the Mujahidin Attack on the #Rafidi Mobilization Barracks on the Outskirts of the #Dibs Village North of #Baiji." The report comes from "Wilayat Salahuddin," ISIS' name for the occupied Saladin Governorate, the home province of deceased Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein. According to the Terrorism Research & Analysis Consortium, vulnerable cities in the province include: "Samarra', Baiji, Tikrit, Hajjaj Village, Al-'Awjah, Al-Dur, Al-Mukishiyyfah, Al-Ishaqi, Al-Duluw'iyyah, Balad, [and] Siniyyah."
