The photo report was released on ISIS terrorist channels on January 5. An accompanying summary of the report reads: "Aspects of the Work of Hisbah Office in #Hajar_Aswad Area." Al-Hajar al-Aswad is the site of the Yarmouk Palestinian refugee camp. Damascus has been a hotbed of ISIS activity, with the unofficial Palestinian refugee camp of the Yarmouk neighborhood being a major flashpoint, according to CBS
