Kellyanne Conway, who was Donald Trump‘s spokeswoman during the campaign and became a senior adviser after the election, was seen wearing a bright, rid, white and blue dress that looked more like a military uniform. The strange-looking outfit was complete with cat buttons and Twitter clearly noticed how vibrant the outfit was.

Conway, who celebrates her 50th birthday today, debuted the outfit on CBS This Morning and she continued wearing it during subsequent media appearances before the inauguration.

She also wore a red hat to go with the dress.

Conway tweeted that the dress was designed by Gucci and that Bill Clinton complimented her.

Someone also noticed that the dress made her look like a Nutcracker.

The Daily Show writers suggested that she’s ready to fight to take America back herself.

Another person compared her to a Popsicle.

One person thought she looked similar to an American Girl doll:

Maybe she wants to be Captain America’s wife?

Here’s a photo of Conway with Steve Bannon.

There were plenty of jokes about how her dress made her look like she was ready to fight in the Revolutionary War.
