WATCH: Olly the Jack Russell Terrier at Crufts Dog Show

Olly, a Jack Russell terrier, has taken the Internet by storm after a hilarious and haphazard routine at the Crufts 2017 dog show.

You can watch the video above, in which the dog’s owner haplessly tries to follow him around the room. The announcer says the pup is about 10 weeks old. “Olly is totally crazy as you can see. He’s having a ball,” says the laughing announcer. “You’ll never catch him here…. Oh, what a nosedive, and he couldn’t care less.”

According to NPR, the dog stole hearts when he landed on his face at the annual Crufts dog show in the United Kingdom. Wrote NPR, “Paws akimbo, mug applied directly to turf, Olly simply scrambled to collect himself, gathered some momentum and conquered every one of the remaining obstacles — often by missing them entirely.”

The dog did it his own way, seemingly impervious to the rules. The San Francisco Chronicle reported that Olly ran the course backwards, which the announcer gets quite a kick over in the video.

The dog didn’t win any awards, but he certainly hogged the media attention.

Crufts’ website says it’s the world’s largest dog show.

Olly didn’t win “Best of Show,” which is the major award at Crufts, but the video of him basically having fun on the skills course has gone viral. The YouTube video has had more than 3 million views.

“Hilarious Jack Russell Goes Crazy with Excitement at Crufts 2017!” the video says.
