PHOTOS/VIDEO: Sakurajima Volcano Erupts in Japan

Less than two days after Japan’s Mount Asama erupted on the border of the Nagano and Gunma prefectures, Mount Sakurajima has erupted on the island of Kyushu.

Both eruptions emitted clouds of volcanic ash, rather than streams of glowing lava.

According to Bing’s translation service, the caption below reads “Your gone! Sakura-jima are going erupting again. Kagoshima City North? washing outside dried and have now gang was ((((;゚Д゚))))))) and I?. Attach more than friends”

The Japanese characters here read “Eruption of Sakurajima volcano and I.” The emojis need no translation.
