A woman escaped injury after her head was trapped between two closing doors on a New York City subway car in the Bronx on Tuesday, the New York Daily News reports.

A video of the incident, showing the woman calmly looking around as she waits for help, shows subway riders and even an MTA worker walk past the woman. The video has been viewed more than a million times after it was posted to Instagram by The Shade Room. You can watch it below:

The incident happened about 12:45 p.m. Tuesday on the No. 4 train, the MTA told the Daily News. The train was making its final stop when the woman realized everyone else had left, and tried to exit, just as the doors were closing.

“While this is an unfortunate incident, the passenger was able to get out safely with assistance from our train operator,” MTA spokeswoman Beth DeFalco said in a statement. “Because the doors were ajar, the train was never in danger of moving.”

The woman declined medical attention after a subway operator used a key to open the door and free her, the MTA said.
