Stevens mother, identified as Maggie Green, told CNN that her son was, "mad with his girlfriend that’s why he is shooting people and he won’t stop until his mother or girlfriend tell him to stop." Green pleaded with her son to turn himself in. The suspect was last seen at 2 p.m. on April 16.
